Part II - Scope of the contract:
Further to our email, we would like to reconfirm your requirements as follows:
Company would like to outsource executive travel from their Office to other branch offices and work sites. There shall be airport drops & pickups also for their executives. The vehicles required would be all air-conditioned well-maintained with courteous chauffeurs.

For Spot Rentals, company representative would requisition the vehicles as and when required and the vehicle should report within one hour of the requisition or as directed by them.

Part III - Offerings:
Mango shall provide you with the following:
Air- conditioned vehicles of latest model along with trained chauffeurs to be made available from our hub.

	A vehicle availability commitment of 100%.
	A supervisor for controlling the entire operation and single window contact with you.
	Courteous & trained, bilingual chauffeurs carrying cell phones.
	Soft tissues provided in all the vehicles.

Part IV - Service Deliverables:
We have an experienced, dedicated and committed team of professionals ready to serve our esteemed clients round the clock. Our executives are fully geared to meet the normal as also the emergent commitments.

They are trained to handle crisis situations so as to ensure maximum comfort while providing car rental services. Punctuality and courtesy are inbuilt ingredients of our system. We are reachable round the clock through a well structured communication system that includes mobile phones, landlines, fax or through internet.

We shall quantify and measure the Service deliverables on a periodic basis and submit a report of the same to you for contract performance evaluation. The lead times for the above shall be defined in the agreement.
