Each car shall be a well maintained and have clean sat covers and good ambience. |

The drivers shall be well behaved. |

The drivers shall be in uniform. |

A suitable backup in the event of any break down shall be provided. |

Each operation shall be well documented |
Any other special requirement can be discussed and accommodated appropriately.
